Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Most orders ship same day or next day. During periods of heavy order volume, it may be a little longer to ship your package.

Q: What are your standard shipping methods?
A: Moonjar’s uses USPS for packages under 1 lb., Priority Mail for packages 1 – 2 lbs. and UPS Ground for all others. For packages shipped via USPS, expect delivery within 4 to 8 days. Priority Mail will take 2-3 days. For packages shipped via UPS Ground, expect delivery within 1 to 5 business days. All orders ship from the Seattle, WA area.
Q: Do you ship overnight?
A: Expedited orders ship the same day that they are ordered. We use UPS Red for overnight shipping with arrival the next afternoon. For all expedited orders, an additional $35 will be added to your order total.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. All international orders will ship via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. An additional $5.00 will be added to your order total. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
